I was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and moved about the country before making my way to San Diego, CA where I found my passion for helping others. I am fascinated by the human body, which I like to refer to as our “house”. After completing an associate’s of science degree program in Scientific and Quantitative Reasoning with the intention of becoming a nurse, a monumental shift in my life made me realize that massage therapy was the career path I was meant to follow. In 2010, I started my schooling at the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, where I completed the Massage Therapy Program, earned a Holistic Health Practitioner’s License (HHP), completed the CranioSacral Concentration, and earned an associate’s of science degree in Holistic Health. After completing school, I moved to the Bay Area to start a family and begin my career as a professional massage therapist. Obtaining a Holistic Health Practitioner license, which required over 1000-hours of training, equipped me with mastery of both western and eastern styles of massage. My passion for massage inspires me to continue honing my craft, learning new modalities and bodywork, finding new ways for clients to better themselves through self-care, and living each day to the fullest by loving what I do and doing what I love.
Thank you for reading my bio and I hope to see you in my practice very soon.
As we go through life we instinctively feel the need take care of others and forget about taking care of ourselves and our needs.
Allow me to take care of you…
