Dear fellow yogis,

I am passionate about self-care and personal growth. In fact, my self-care really began when I took my first yoga class and knew something inside me wanted to come back and try it some more. Since that day over 10 years ago, I have become a Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner and now a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher.

I found my purpose in this life and it is to help others find ways to help heal their bodies, mind and spirit, either through massage, meditation, release work, and/or yoga. Healing is a process, and for many can be a long and challenging road. As a facilitator, I feel so grateful when others place their trust in me to guide them through their own healing journeys.

My yoga practice is a harmonious blend of Yin and Yang styles. As a yogi who suffers with PTSD, I tend to crave more of the Yin practice to calm my anxiety in my body and mind. However, I know how important it is to keep all aspects of your life balanced and with healthy moderations, and yoga is no different.

I hope to see you on your mats some day in my guided class. The teacher in me honors and respects the teacher in you. Namasté ॐ
